Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference?
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our dedicated 24-bed ward, caring for some of our most vulnerable patients.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues. We are looking for someone with strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will join a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional patient experiences. As a role model and clinical leader, you will promote best practice, support service improvement, and contribute to the ongoing development of the ward and wider service.
Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Ward Sister, you will support the leadership and day-to-day management of the ward, regularly taking charge and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
- Act as a professional role model, providing clinical leadership, supporting staff development, and contributing to both clinical and non-clinical governance initiatives.
- Work closely with the Ward Sister and multidisciplinary team to help maintain and improve care standards, drive service development, and promote evidence-based practice to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
