Your Tasks
Strategy & Territory Management
- Execute the UK detailing strategy within the assigned region.
- Assess market opportunities and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Develop local engagement plans for key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Deliver territory growth plans and targeted customer call cycles.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with Dermatologists, NHS dermatology teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Present clinical evidence, product benefits, and ingredient science.
- Support key dermatology indications including Atopic Dermatitis, Dry Skin, Blemish-Prone Skin, Pigmentation, and Sun Protection.
- Manage customer interactions and segmentation through CRM systems.
Education & Events
- Deliver educational meetings and product training sessions.
- Support new product launches and dermatology congresses.
- Manage literature and sample requests in line with compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for local clinical studies and partnerships.
Your Profile
- Experience in medical/scientific detailing, ideally within Dermatology or pharmacy i.e. pharmacist
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially focused and results driven.
- Self-motivated with excellent territory planning skills.
- Scientific or healthcare background preferred.
- Knowledge of the NHS, hospital environment, and dermatology networks.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
- You must be able to drive.

The Derma Executive is responsible for communicating product information, clinical evidence, and scientific data to Dermatologists and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across a designated territory. The primary objective is to influence healthcare professionals to recommend the Eucerin product portfolio to appropriate patients through pharmacy, retail, and online channels, ultimately driving brand awareness, advocacy, and growth.
