We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Dermatologist to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Consultant, you will provide expert clinical leadership, deliver exceptional patient care, and contribute to the ongoing development of specialist services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and progressive healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care within your area of specialty.
- Independently assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical cases.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide expert clinical consultation and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and patient safety programmes.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior medical staff where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to all UAE healthcare regulations, professional standards, and organisational policies.
- Contribute to service development, innovation, and the enhancement of clinical pathways.
- Foster excellent relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and external healthcare partners.

Essential Qualifications
- Basic Medical Degree (MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent).
- Completion of a recognised higher specialist training programme, fellowship, board certification, or diploma approved by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
- Current specialist certification and registration recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare regulator.
- Active and valid life support certification, such as:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Paediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Desirable Qualifications
- Additional specialty-specific certifications, fellowships, or advanced subspecialty qualifications.
- Recognition and eligibility for Consultant licensing within Dubai and the wider UAE healthcare framework.
Experience Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience at Consultant level, regardless of country of practice.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex clinical cases independently.
- Proven commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centred care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Highly Desirable
- Minimum 1 year of Consultant-level experience in a Tier 1 country, as recognised by the applicable UAE healthcare authority.
- Previous experience working within internationally accredited healthcare institutions.

What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive salary: AED 80,000 to AED 85,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications, expertise, and experience.

International Relocation Support
For candidates relocating from overseas, we offer:
- One-way flight ticket to Dubai.
- Four weeks of fully furnished accommodation upon arrival.

Working Pattern
- 45 hours per week
- 5-day working week
- One weekend day included within the rota
- Structured schedule supporting both clinical excellence and work-life balance
