Role Description
The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatologic care to patients in an on-site hospital based at Berkshire Grove. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations
- Performing skin examinations
- Diagnosing and treating conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers
- Managing chronic dermatologic diseases
- Performing cosmetic procedures, such as injectables, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services, as clinically appropriate

The Dermatologist will also:
- Review medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications
- Document encounters in the medical record
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient education
- Participate in practice meetings
- Adhere to clinical protocols
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training in Dermatology, consultant level is preferred but not mandatory
- Clinical expertise in managing common and complex dermatologic conditions such as Acne and other inflammatory skin disorders
- Skills and experience in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology procedures, including injectables, laser therapies, and related aesthetic treatments
- Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) to practice in California and completion of an accredited dermatology residency
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, non-discriminatory care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and follow evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Interest in continuing education, staying current with advances in dermatology, and participating in quality improvement initiatives

Remuneration
- High fee split - 50/50
- 30 mins for new patients, 20 mins for follow up
- Procedures will be procedure dependent
- Equity potentially available for committed candidate
