Consultant Dermatologists – Weekend Insourcing Opportunities

Location: North London

Availability: Weekend Sessions

Rates: Competitive

We are currently seeking experienced Consultant Dermatologists to join our teams for weekend insourcing lists, supporting NHS waiting lists.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues in a well-supported, patient-focused environment while offering additional flexible weekend sessions.

The successful applicant will cover 2 week wait cancer clinics.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Assess and treat patients on hospital waiting lists.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and clinical findings.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to junior medical staff where appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including follow-up recommendations for Trust pathways.

Requirements

  • GMC registration with Specialist Register accreditation in Dermatology.
  • Active Licence to Practise.
  • Proven experience working as a Consultant Dermatologist within the NHS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
