Dermatology HCA – Weekend Insourcing Opportunities

Location: Dorset

Availability: Saturdays & Sundays

Rates: Competitive

We are currently seeking experienced Dermatology Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics in Dorset, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across.

This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the perioperative pathway.

  • Be currently working within an NHS dermatology service, with recent - Hands-on experience supporting patients within:
  • 2 Week Wait pathways
  • General Dermatology
  • Have been actively undertaking this work for at least 6 months within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting with:

  • Preparing patients for minor surgical procedures
  • Vitals
  • Setting up equipment, instruments and procedure trolleys
  • Clinic and treatment room preparation
  • Assisting clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
