Virtual Dermatology Nurse Prescriber (Remote UK only)
Location: Remote, UK
Hours: 4 hours per week
About the Role
Healthcare Professionals Network are seeking experienced Dermatology Nurse Prescribers to provide virtual dermatology support to patients across the UK. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to work within an innovative healthcare environment dedicated to improving patient access to specialist care.
The successful candidate will conduct virtual patient consultations and provide expert dermatology advice to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote dermatology consultations via telephone and/or video.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage common dermatological conditions.
- Independently prescribe medications within scope of practice.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with NMC, prescribing, and clinical governance standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams as required.

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Independent Nurse Prescriber.
- Demonstrable experience working within dermatology services.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
