Dermatology Receptionist Opportunity
Dermatology is a busy outpatient service delivering specialist care to a diverse patient population. The receptionist plays a key role in ensuring patients receive a welcoming, efficient and positive experience throughout their visit.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the Dermatology team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients attending the department, providing a professional, friendly and efficient reception service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Managing appointments
- Responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries
- Supporting patients and visitors
- Liaising with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a busy environment, and demonstrate a caring and patient-focused approach at all times.
