Revenue Operations Lead
Department: Revenue Operations
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: UK - London
Description
The Revenue Operations function is responsible for driving effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainable growth across CFC by aligning all revenue-generating activities, processes, and resources for our global broker partnerships.
As Deputy to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a central role in optimising every stage of the sales funnel—enhancing performance, streamlining sales technology, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
You will also help evolve our Management Information strategy and unlock the full value of our new Broker Relationship Management platform (CRM).
About The Role
The Revenue Operations Lead will be responsible for strengthening CFC’s ability to make informed, forward-looking commercial decisions by improving reporting infrastructure, metrics, and analytical outputs. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver high-quality data and MI that provide senior leaders with clear, actionable insight, strengthening commercial decision-making.
- Act as a senior partner across underwriting, distribution, technology, marketing, finance, and compliance, representing the Head of Revenue Operations when needed.
- Lead the evolution of our CRM and broker intelligence capabilities, ensuring the platform aligns with broker needs, commercial priorities, and data opportunities.
- Optimise the sales funnel by implementing digital automation tools, refining processes, and driving measurable, efficient revenue workflows across all broker-facing roles.
- Support broker strategy by using CRM insight and market intelligence to shape tiering, territory plans, value propositions, and budget allocation.
- Define and embed success metrics and performance frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality commercial engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
