Client Manager
Please note: Professional experience within a branding, design or creative agency is essential for this role. Generalist Client/Account Management experience outside the creative sector is unlikely to be suitable.
We're looking for an ambitious Client Manager with a genuine background in branding, design or creative agencies to join a busy London agency. You'll be the go-to person for your accounts, responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of design projects, managing timelines and budgets, and building strong client and internal relationships.
The successful applicant must show a genuine background in branding, design or creative agencies to join a busy London Client Services team.
About us
Yellow Jersey is a London-based marketing and PR agency with an office in Zurich. Alongside our communications work, we have built a growing digital and design team that creates branding, websites, presentations, video, animation and social content for our clients.
The team is currently a Creative Director and two designers. This is a new role, created because the work and the client base have grown to the point where the studio needs a dedicated person to run client relationships and keep projects moving.
The role
You will be the day-to-day contact for our digital and design clients. Clients will come to you first for updates, questions and feedback, and you will make sure the studio delivers what was agreed, on time and to budget.
Senior colleagues own the client relationships commercially and set the creative direction. Your job is to make those relationships work in practice: running meetings, capturing and chasing actions, presenting work, managing feedback and keeping everyone, inside and outside the agency, clear on what happens next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
