Design & Construction Manager
We are looking for an experienced Design & Construction Manager to manage the design coordination and on-site delivery of our construction and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural, interior and technical design coordination.
- Review drawings, specifications, materials and technical proposals.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Oversee construction and fit-out works from design development through to completion.
- Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve design and technical issues arising during construction.
- Coordinate lighting, electrical and other building-services requirements with the overall design.
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders and maintain key project documentation.

Candidate Profile
A professional background in Architecture, Architectural Design, Construction or a related discipline, with practical experience in both design coordination and construction/project delivery.
