We are entering an exciting new phase of growth, expanding our range to include:
- Conservatory transformations
- Lightweight tiled conservatory roofs
- Windows & Doors
- SIP Extensions
- Garden Rooms
- Single-Storey Extensions
We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced Design Consultant to join our growing team and help homeowners bring their dream projects to life.
The Opportunity
This is a consultative sales role where you’ll meet homeowners at pre-qualified appointments, understand their needs, design the right solution and guide them confidently through the buying journey.

- Garden Rooms
- Home Extensions
- Orangeries
- Conservatories
- Windows & Doors
- High-value home improvement projects
What You’ll Do
- Attend company-generated appointments.
- Design and present bespoke home improvement solutions.
- Produce professional quotations and design proposals.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Work closely with surveyors, project managers and installation teams.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven success selling high-value home improvement products.
- Experience with extensions, garden rooms or structural home improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and digital technology.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
