We are working with a forward-thinking construction business near Motherwell, seeking a Technician from an architectural or manufacturing background who may be interested in making the switch into a contractor as a Design Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design information across internal fit-out projects.
  • Ensure design intent is maintained through delivery.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical information.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design issues.
  • Manage design changes and support project deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background as a Technician within architecture or manufacturing.
  • Strong technical drawing and design coordination skills.
  • Interest in transitioning into a construction/internal fit-out environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-focused approach.
