One of Tradeline Recruitment's key clients is looking to bring on a Design Coordinator to join their growing team based in the City of London.

Operating across the residential and purpose-built student accommodation sectors, the business has an excellent pipeline of secured work, with multiple live and pre-construction projects ranging from £65m to £100m across London.

The ideal candidate will be confident working on both the pre-construction and delivery of large-scale RC frame developments, working closely with the design and project delivery teams to ensure projects are coordinated efficiently.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have a minimum of 2-5 years experience within the design function and from a main contracting background.
