Your new company
A growing, national residential developer is looking to appoint a Design Coordinator to join their Technical team on a 12-month fixed-term contract or temporary basis (outside IR35). Working closely with the Head of Technical, you will support the successful delivery of residential developments from initial concept through to project completion, RIBA stages 1-7.
Your new role
- Coordinate and manage design information across a portfolio of projects
- Review drawings and specifications
- Support technical due diligence activities
- Liaise with consultants and internal stakeholders
- Ensure designs meet operational, regulatory and sustainability requirements
- Attend site meetings
- Manage consultant documentation
- Support planning, building control, and warranty approvals

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working client side or consultancy, working on residential developments
- Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations, sustainable design principles, and the RIBA Plan of Work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CAD or BIM experience would be beneficial
