Design Director | £120-£150k | London, Hybrid
Omnis Partners is working with a leading AI consulting business to hire a senior Design leader into its Product & Design team.
The role sits across client delivery, design leadership and capability building, working on complex AI programmes with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Data, Engineering and Delivery.
You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand complex problems, shape products and services, and help translate technical AI capability into solutions that work in the real world.
Alongside client work, you’ll help develop Design as a discipline across the business: raising standards, shaping ways of working, supporting other designers and helping define how design capability develops as the team grows.

This is not purely a senior hands-on Product Design role. They’re looking for someone who can combine strong design judgement with senior client engagement, consulting experience and broader design leadership.
You’ll likely bring:
- Significant experience across Product and/or Service Design
- Experience operating at Design Director, Principal Designer or similar level
- Strong consulting or client-facing experience
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Experience shaping design capability, teams or ways of working
- The ability to operate strategically while staying close to delivery
- A genuine interest in AI and how it changes products, services and organisations

Previous AI experience would be useful, but strong design and consulting experience will matter more.
