Mytr, part of Workplace Futures Group

Mytr, part of Workplace Futures Group, is a tech-led marketing agency redefining how real estate is experienced, communicated, and sold. We blend creativity, data, and technology to create work that stands out — and performs.

The Role

We’re looking for a Design Director to take creative ownership at Mytr — someone who can raise the bar, sharpen our thinking, and bring a clear, confident point of view to everything we put into the world.

You’ll work across everything we do — brand worlds, campaigns, digital platforms, physical spaces, motion — bringing cohesion and intent to a wide mix of outputs. One day might be defining a new identity system, the next refining a pitch, or pushing a campaign to be more ambitious, more distinctive, more Mytr.

You’ll also play a big part in how Mytr evolves — influencing the standard of the work, the confidence of the team, and the creative reputation we build externally. This is a chance to help shape not just projects, but the direction of the studio itself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
