Key Art Design Director - International Streaming Platform (3 month+ contract)
A leading global streaming platform is looking for an experienced Key Art Design Director to lead and strengthen its in-house Key Art capability.
Working across an international slate of film and television content, you’ll establish the creative vision and quality standards for world-class campaign imagery—from initial concept and shoots through to final delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Key Art campaigns across multiple genres and international markets.
- Define and champion visual standards, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Direct photography and motion shoots, overseeing on-set execution and post-production.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, localisation, production, and content teams.
- Help build and scale a high-performing in-house Key Art team, including its workflows, tools, and processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level creatives, identifying development and training opportunities.
- Champion the responsible use of emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
- Lead creative reviews and confidently present work to senior stakeholders.

About you:
- Significant senior creative or design leadership experience within entertainment, streaming, or a leading creative agency.
- Deep expertise in Key Art, campaign design, and visual storytelling for film or television.
- An outstanding portfolio spanning multiple content genres and formats.
- Strong experience directing photography and motion shoots.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Comfortable managing multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building teams, developing creative talent, and scaling internal capabilities.
- Technologically fluent, with knowledge of Generative AI tools, UX/UI principles, and HTML.

Experience within a large media, entertainment, or technology organisation—alongside knowledge of post-production platforms such as Frame.io—would be particularly valuable.
Details:
- £300–£400 per day (via PAYE)
- 3-month contract
- Start date ASAP
- Central London
- Hybrid – 3 days onsite
