Are you a Design Engineer (MEP Revit) looking to step into a more technically respected role with real ownership of BIM coordination? Do you have strong Revit MEP experience and enjoy driving standards across live building services projects?
This is a secure, permanent position with a growing building services design consultancy, where you'll be trusted to lead coordination on your own projects and be the "go-to" person for model quality and clash resolution.
You'll be working closely with the BIM Director and senior project stakeholders, producing high-quality BIM information to recognised standards and supporting teams to deliver right-first-time models.

You will coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services across multiple projects, producing and maintaining detailed 3D MEP models in Revit, running clash detection in Navisworks, and managing deliverables through a Common Data Environment.
This role suits a technically driven person who wants high-level job satisfaction from being the BIM specialist on projects, developing deeper expertise and responsibility rather than moving into people-management straight away.
The Role
- Coordinating M&E BIM information across multiple building services projects
- Producing / maintaining Revit MEP models, clash detection and construction-phase BIM deliverables
- Leicester-based 40 hours per week

The Person
- Strong M&E Revit/BIM background using Revit MEP
- Experience coordinating mechanical & electrical services and running clash detection (Navisworks)
- Good working knowledge of BIM workflows
