Design Engineer
A Design Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, contributing to the design and development of high-reliability RF communication systems and electronic hardware solutions.

Responsibilities
- Work with product management, customers, and internal teams to define product and design specifications.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and RF designs using industry-standard design tools.
- Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and final products.
- Debug and validate electronic hardware systems using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
- Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams for seamless integration.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Support production, customers, and field teams with technical queries.

Key Skills & Experience
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency with electronic design tools and PCB layout systems.
- Practical experience with test equipment, prototyping, and fault finding to component level.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
