The role involves producing and overseeing accurate technical drawings, calculations, and documentation to support project delivery and installation. Working closely with the wider project team—including sales, commercial, operations, and service—you will ensure that design solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with the strategic goals of the business.

  • Stay up to date with supplier and manufacturer product changes, assessing their impact on current and future projects.
  • Maintain close liaison with the service, projects, and commercial departments to ensure seamless project progression and alignment between design and delivery.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence in client meetings, promoting the company’s technical credibility and reputation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing design knowledge, introducing efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor competitor technical capabilities and innovations to help the business remain at the forefront of the industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
