Design Manager (Motorsport)
£65,000 - £70,000 + Training + Progression
Witney, Oxfordshire
Are you a Head of Product Development, Design Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar with experience leading a design or engineering team, looking to join a specialist manufacturer where you will oversee product development from concept through to production?
On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist engineering manufacturer producing high-performance mechanical products for the automotive, motorcycle, motorsport, and performance vehicle sectors. You will play a key role in leading product development, managing engineering projects, and ensuring new designs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and ready for manufacture.
In this varied role, you will manage project delivery from initial concept through to completion, overseeing design, development, prototyping, production documentation, and design for manufacture. You will lead and support the engineering team, work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, assembly, and vehicle application teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest engineering standards.

This role would suit a Head of Product Development or Design Manager with experience leading a team, ideally with SolidWorks knowledge, who is looking for a senior role where they can manage the full design and development process within a specialist engineering environment.
The Role:
- Leading product development projects from concept through to manufacture
- Managing design, suppliers, documentation, BOMs, and project delivery
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, in Witney
