The new Wild Creations Design Internship Programme is your 3-month launchpad to turn concepts into reality. We are looking for ambitious emerging talent in Engineering, Architecture, Creative Arts, and Product Design to join a collaborative environment and gain experience across every stage of the design and project delivery process.
This would be a deep dive into live projects where you will build both your creative vision and technical confidence.
Your Journey From Concept To Creation

- Technical Design & Fabrication: Translate concepts into detailed, buildable solutions, producing technical drawings and 3D models with software like Autodesk Inventor and Revit. You’ll directly support production-ready files for CNC cutting and digital fabrication.
- Real-World Integration: Work directly with structural engineers, production teams, and project management teams to understand manufacturing requirements and project handover.
- Mentored for Success: Receive technical guidance and strategic oversight from our Head of Design, Design Managers, and Senior Technical Designers; gaining insight and experience across multiple departments and providing you with transferable skills for your future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
