The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Design Lead / Graphic Designer to join a growing sports-focused media business producing digital content with leading athletes and sports personalities.
This is a highly hands-on creative role, taking responsibility for how a portfolio of sports-led content looks across YouTube and social media. You’ll have real influence over the visual style of existing channels while helping shape the identity of new content launches and formats.
The work will cover everything from YouTube thumbnails and social assets through to motion design, on-screen graphics and branded content. You’ll be working closely with production, editorial, social and commercial teams to turn ideas into creative that feels sharp, distinctive and built for digital audiences.
A big part of the role is understanding how design contributes to content performance. You’ll need strong creative instincts, but also an appreciation of what grabs attention, communicates an idea quickly and works effectively in a fast-moving YouTube and social environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
