Design Manager – Building Safety / Façade Remediation
£65,000–£75,000+ | Negotiable | Hybrid Working
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to join a growing team delivering complex high-rise residential, façade remediation and building safety projects.
This role requires someone with direct experience engaging with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked on BSR Gateway submissions and managed regulatory queries throughout the design process.

- Proven experience preparing and coordinating BSR Gateway submissions
- Experience managing and responding to BSR RFIs
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and fire-safety compliance
- Experience working on high-rise residential / Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
- Background in façade remediation, recladding or external wall projects
- Ability to resolve complex technical and compliance issues
- Strong experience coordinating drawings and technical information
- Experience managing internal designers, façade specialists and external consultants
- Ability to verify site information and dimensional accuracy where as-built drawings are limited
