Summary

CCL Facades, part of the wider Caddick Group, specialises in delivering high-quality façade solutions across a range of construction projects.

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to manage the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring designs are technically compliant, commercially viable, buildable and delivered to programme. You will work closely with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to coordinate design information and resolve technical issues. This role would be based out of our Wakefield office.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the design process from order placement through to project completion, ensuring information and approvals are delivered on programme.
  • Coordinate internal and external design teams, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical information, identifying design clashes, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure façade designs meet relevant Building Regulations, standards, Health & Safety requirements and project specifications.
  • Support pre-construction and value engineering activities, balancing design requirements with cost and programme.
  • Coordinate technical submissions, RFIs, design changes and design information throughout project delivery.
  • Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure designs are buildable and support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication throughout the design process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
