The Role
Working closely with a Senior Design Manager or above, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of some of the most exciting and high-profile projects across Europe. The position offers significant exposure to multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and key stakeholders, providing an excellent platform to broaden your experience and further develop your career.
As your professional skills and experience grow, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines to help deliver successful and profitable projects while receiving support towards achieving professional chartership.
This role is ideally suited to a motivated individual who is eager to develop their leadership capabilities, expand their project delivery experience, and contribute to the success of complex, high-value projects across many sectors.
The Skills
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or possess an equivalent professional or vocational qualification.

We are seeking an individual with experience in a Project Management or Design Management consultancy environment, or with a background working within design teams during the early stages of construction projects. Experience delivering complex, fast-paced projects and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders will be highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities within a dynamic project environment.
