We are delighted to be working with a respected organisation operating at the intersection of research, learning and professional development who are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the creation of digital, interactive and publication-based visual assets.

This is a role for a designer who enjoys variety — someone who can move confidently between digital campaigns, interactive learning content, brand development and high-quality publication design. You’ll play a central part in shaping how the organisation presents itself to a global professional audience.

  • Creating interactive visuals and user-friendly layouts for e-learning modules, digital courses and online learning journeys
  • Leading the design and layout of research reports, white papers and data-rich publications
  • Visualising charts, insights and complex information in clear, engaging formats
  • Developing templates, design systems and visual frameworks to support internal teams
  • Ensuring all digital and print content aligns with brand standards and delivers an excellent user experience
  • Evolving the organisation’s visual identity to reflect its mission and position within the corporate learning and research sector
  • Managing design workflows, external suppliers and freelance creatives from brief through to delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
