About The Role
We're looking for a Design Manager to join WPS and support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. Working closely with project, commercial, and technical teams, you'll help drive the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring information is coordinated, practical, and delivered on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across the commercial sector.
Key Tasks
- Manage and coordinate the design process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure design information is accurate and delivered to programme.
- Identify and resolve design issues before they impact delivery on site.
- Support project teams with design reviews, compliance requirements, and technical queries.
- Help maintain strong communication between all project stakeholders.
