About The Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Visual Content Manager to lead and manage established illustration, photography and Eavy Metal teams to ensure that all the art, photos and painted miniatures in our amazing Warhammer 40,000, Kill Team, Middle-earth and Blood Bowl products are produced to a high quality, efficiently and on time.
Highly organised and passionate about developing a high performing team, you will be responsible for setting the direction for your team as you manage and optimise their activities to ensure all quality standards are met. We’ll look to you to set clear goals and provide feedback and direction as appropriate through individual and peer review feedback sessions.
Thriving through collaborating with others, you will work closely with Product Developers and Planners to build schedules to ensure projects can be delivered on time. We’ll see you regularly working with cross-functional internal teams to confidently make decisions and ensure all works are delivered to the agreed schedule.

To be suitable for this role you should have a strong background in managing the creation of visual content and an intrinsic understanding of the visual presentation of Warhammer through the prisms of art, photos and painted miniatures. The successful applicant will be a guardian of visual quality across our products. A confident communicator, you will articulately communicate ideas and decisions in a way that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
