We are urgently seeking Design Managers with experience in Data Centres for a major Contractor based along the M4 Corridor. Ideal candidates will live within daily commute of Reading, as the role will require both office attendance and regular visits to sites in the region.
Projects will be in excess of £40m in value, and recent relevant experience would be advantageous.
The company offer an excellent salary and package, and are a growing force in the region, adding to its already impressive portfolio of works throughout the UK and overseas.

Requirements
- Experience in both Pre and post contract Design Management
- Successful candidate will most likely be from a contractor rather than Architectural background
- It is unlikely that candidates with less than 7/10 years in a similar role with a major contractor will have the required experience for the company requirements
