About the Job
The Design & Marketing Executive will play a key role in strengthening the company’s online presence and brand by taking ownership of design-led marketing projects.
You will create engaging videos, graphics and copy to support digital campaigns across email, social media, and the company website, as well as leading the production of high-quality presentations, brochures, and corporate documents.
Working as part of a small, focused marketing team, you will help raise the profile of a leading business operating within the super-prime construction sector.
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in graphic design, multimedia, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing/design role involving hands-on content creation.
- Experience within the design, construction, property, or luxury sectors would be advantageous. Relevant backgrounds could include architecture, interior design, real estate, property development, main contracting, luxury goods, high-end travel, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva, with experience across graphic design, video editing, photography, and image retouching.
- An interest in AI and evolving digital marketing trends, with an enthusiasm for adopting new tools and approaches. Experience with MiniMax Audio would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a flexible approach to varied responsibilities.
- An enthusiastic team player who brings energy and positivity to their work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage time and priorities independently, take ownership of assigned projects, and work effectively as part of a wider team.
- A desire to continually learn and improve, with a positive approach to feedback.
- Strong general IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and Asana would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Previous experience running paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads, as well as performance reporting, would be beneficial but is not essential.

Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create high-quality branded assets across a variety of touchpoints, including brochures, tender and bid documents, case studies, infographics, event materials, digital graphics, site hoardings, presentations, and website visuals.
- Ensure all creative output is produced to a consistently high standard and in line with established brand guidelines.
Social Media
- Work collaboratively across the organization to identify engaging content opportunities that showcase technical expertise, project milestones, people, and company culture.
- Capture photo and video content on-site at construction projects and plan, create, and publish approved social content, ensuring outputs are timely, professional, and on-brand.

Video & Photography
- Plan, coordinate, and undertake photo and video shoots in line with project briefs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with external photographers, videographers, and other creative suppliers where required.
Website Maintenance
- Work closely with marketing colleagues to keep website content, including blogs, imagery, project updates, and news, fresh and up to date.
- Ensure content follows current best practices for search visibility, digital performance, and AI-driven optimization.
Data Analysis
- Use social media and digital performance data to identify creative opportunities and understand what captures audience attention.
- Support regular reporting and use insights to help shape future content and marketing activity, building on what works and adapting what doesn’t.
Events Management
- Support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of company-hosted events, providing creative, production, administrative, and logistical support.
- Represent the company at external and client-facing events where required.
General Marketing Support
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the marketing function, responding to ad-hoc requests, and contributing to wider cross-team projects as required.
