Design Operations & Production Manager

We’re looking for an organised and collaborative Design Operations & Production Manager to join our Customer team and play a key role in helping our Brand & Creative function deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

You’ll own the prioritisation, workflow and production rhythm across the Brand & Creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief through to final delivery. Working closely with creative teams, stakeholders and external partners, you'll help create a faster, clearer and more effective production process while supporting the delivery of outstanding customer-facing content.

You will contribute to hands-on design, artwork creation, production and asset adaptation where capacity or business need requires, supporting the delivery of campaign, digital, social, CRM and in-store activity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the Design & Production team, providing clear prioritisation, coaching and direction across campaign, production and creative delivery activity.
  • Manage workflow, capacity planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects are prioritised effectively and delivered to agreed deadlines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring work is accurately briefed, tracked, quality checked and delivered to a high standard.
  • Coordinate production activity across online, social, CRM, print, campaign and in-store channels.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, production partners and external providers to ensure quality, value and timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce efficiencies and embed new tools and technologies that enhance productivity and collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
