Job Summary
Title: Design & Presentation Specialist (Sports Int'l)
Location: London, UK (In-office 5 days per week)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Working Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent
The Role
Roc Nation is looking for a Design & Presentation Specialist to join the Roc Nation Sports International team. This role is all about turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. You’ll focus on creating high-quality presentations that support sales efforts, executive briefings, investor updates, and client-facing materials, with opportunities to contribute to video and multimedia projects as well.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Content and the Video Content Production team, supporting a range of client and partner initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, storytelling, and layout, and takes pride in creating polished, on-brand work, even under tight deadlines. This role frequently supports marketing, sales enablement, consulting, and corporate communications, so accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities
- Designs and produces high-quality presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and comparable tools for executive, sales, consulting, and internal audiences
- Translates complex ideas, data, and briefs into clear visual narratives with strong information hierarchy and storytelling
- Ensures brand consistency, visual clarity, and layout excellence across all presentation and design assets
- Provides creative presentation assets and supports content production initiatives directed by the Head of Content
- Partners closely with the Head of Content on projects and creative development
- Attends video and photo shoots, as required
- Coordinates and executes mid-funnel content production from shoot through post-production, including player capture and behind-the-scenes content
- Creates, edits, and crafts video content for clients using captured and provided footage
- Supports the Video Content Production team across multiple programs, and updates, manages, and distributes content and assets to clients as instructed
- Ensures all work delivered is in alignment with brand guidelines for consulting clients and Roc Nation owned channels
- Other duties, as assigned

Requirements
- Three years of related experience
- Experience with video editing, post-production, filming, camera setups, photography, photographic post-production, and formatting content for online, digital, and social platforms is required
- A strong background in presentation design, visual storytelling, and content production

Qualifications & Experience
(Portfolio/body of work required with application)
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under deadline pressure;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, is essential
- Must be able to understand briefs, translate creative ideas into polished deliverables, and communicate effectively across creative, sales, and content teams;
- Interest in professional sports, football, and the surrounding cultural context is strongly preferred
