About the Role

Some roles help deliver programmes. This role helps keep an entire Design organisation connected, aligned and moving forward.

At Aston Martin, our Design teams are responsible for creating some of the most desirable vehicles in the world. Behind every sketch, model, design review and programme milestone sits a network of people working together to bring ideas to life. As our next Design Project Leader, you'll become a vital part of that network.

This is an opportunity to sit at the centre of the action, working across multiple vehicle programmes and connecting Design with Programme Management, Engineering and wider business functions. You'll be the person helping to ensure priorities are clear, milestones are achieved, governance activities are delivered and Design has a strong voice throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme activities
  • Support gateway reviews
  • Prepare information for leadership teams
  • Track progress against key milestones
  • Help Design deliver on its commitments
  • Play a key role in supporting programme reviews, business planning activities, resource planning, governance processes and stakeholder engagement
  • Work closely with senior leaders and programme teams, helping to identify risks, monitor progress and provide valuable insight that supports effective decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
