We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Design and Reprographics Assistant to join our vibrant and inspirational school community. As an independent girls' school in West London, we pride ourselves on our extensive grounds, diverse academic and extracurricular programs, and strong sense of community.
About the Role
The Design & Reprographics Assistant will provide reprographic support to the school, assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks and support the Marketing Director in all aspects of branding and design within the school. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a thriving school environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional visual experience for the whole school community, visitors and prospective parents and pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Office Manager to ensure the efficient day to day running of the administrative functions of the school.
- Working with the Marketing Director to provide vibrant and appealing design materials to promote the school.

We are seeking a resourceful, creative and organised individual with proven design credentials who has a proactive approach and ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. We are looking for someone who can bring design ideas and innovations into an already successful department.

St Augustine's Priory is set on 13 acres of beautiful grounds with magnificent views. We are a leading Catholic, independent day school for girls aged 3-18 and boys from 3-11. The four parts of the school (Pre-Preps, Preps, Seniors and Sixth Form) are located on the same site.

The Safeguarding Responsibilities Of The Post Include
Ensuring the protection of children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, while also addressing broader issues that may endanger them, is crucial. This involves creating a safe environment in both the classroom and playground, encouraging good behaviour and discipline, and fostering positive relationships with students.
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending an interview (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children."
