Design Sales Consultant
Location: Nantwich
Salary: £35,000 basic + Uncapped OTE £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist business looking for a commercially minded Design Sales Consultant to guide customers from initial enquiry through to completed order.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll spend time understanding a customer's vision, presenting creative design solutions and confidently selling the value of your proposal. You'll become the customer's trusted adviser throughout the buying journey, combining exceptional customer service with strong commercial awareness.
If you enjoy creating designs that inspire customers and have the ability to turn conversations into successful sales, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completed order, building strong relationships at every stage.
- Understand each customer's vision, prepare bespoke design proposals and quotations, and confidently present your recommendations.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, following up enquiries and using the CRM system to maximise conversion rates.
- Process orders accurately and work closely with colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly through to installation.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets and supporting business growth.

About You
- Experience within interior design, kitchen design, bathroom design or another design-led sales environment.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and confidently sell the value of your designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to build rapport both in person and virtually.
- Commercially driven, organised and capable of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Motivated by achieving targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
