Design Technician (Joinery)

£50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Flexitime + Hybrid + Company Events + Company Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you a Design Technician from a hands-on Joinery or Cabinet Making background looking to join one of the UK's most prestigious design studios with heritage dating back over 100 years, that are renowned for their craftsmanship?

On offer is the opportunity to advance your technical expertise where you will be provided ongoing professional development and defined routes to progress to Senior Design roles in the future.

In this role you will be dealing 10-15 unique projects per year across London, home counties and even internationally. Following projects from cradle to completion working on technical designs, with occasional site visits and meetings with contractors.

This role would suit a Design Technician, from a hands-on Joinery or Cabinet Maker background looking for technical progression in a successful, design-led manufacturer.

The Role

  • Carrying out technical designs using AutoCAD
  • Designing bespoke / high end furniture and kitchens for unique projects
  • Site visits / attending meetings
  • Hybrid 2 days a week work from home & flexitime
  • Monday - Friday, 8.5 hour days, 42.5 hour weeks
