The London Creative Hub is looking for a Design Technologist to join our studio team and drive innovation in how we create visual content at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of creative production and technology — you'll work directly with our studio crews, creatives, and operations teams to build tools, automate workflows, and implement emerging technologies (GenAI, Computer Vision, Virtual Production) that make content creation faster, smarter, and more consistent.

You'll act as the bridge between creative and engineering disciplines — understanding technical problems from an artistic perspective and delivering solutions that our teams can actually use on set and in post-production.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Workflow Automation: Design, develop, and maintain semi-automated production workflows for in-house video and stills creation — including virtual production pipelines and GenAI-assisted processes
  • Creative Tooling: Build and maintain a centralised suite of creative tools, scripts, and automation that improve crew productivity and reduce manual repetition
  • Bridge Role: Act as the connective tissue between creative teams (photographers, videographers, art directors, stylists) and engineering/tech teams — translating creative needs into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Prototyping & Innovation: Research, prototype, and implement the latest industry trends (GenAI, CV, AR/VR, real-time rendering) to expand studio production capabilities and improve efficiency
  • On-Set Collaboration: Work directly with studio production teams — observing workflows, identifying friction points, and delivering practical solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing processes
  • Quality & Consistency: Develop technical solutions that support creative consistency across high-volume output — ensuring visual standards are maintained at scale

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
