WE'RE LOOKING FOR

CONCEPTUAL THINKING, ART DIRECTION AND CRAFT

We're looking for a Designer who is driven by creative excellence and brings knowledge and expertise across all phases of the design process. As part of our creative team, you will play an integral role in the hands-on creation of outstanding creative work, while helping to inform and define the creative direction of projects through a thoughtful and considered approach.

You will bring a broader professional skill set beyond graphic design, with experience across digital design, art direction, and strategic thinking. You should have strong conceptual, creative, and communication skills, along with a passion for craft and a keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with Senior designers and the strategic lead to create compelling and inspiring creative possibilities.
  • Input and inform the strategic approach, utilizing cultural insight from within and outside of the category, inspiring senior members of the team.
  • Be able to think holistically about the creative solutions, not just the visual outcome and have strong communicative skills in portraying this thought process to the rest of the team.
  • Use experience and passion to demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking and innovative creative solutions, establishing a strong conceptual and creative point of view.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
