Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

The purpose of the Group Marketing team is to develop and champion tools, rules and best practice that elevate the delivery of the Computershare brand and marketing activity across the organisation, whilst delivering a Corporate Marketing Strategy.

A role you will love

We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to help bring our brands to life through impactful campaigns and innovative design solutions. Working closely with the Brand and Creative Senior Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and evolving the Computershare and DPS brands, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

From corporate communications and employee engagement initiatives to recruitment campaigns, sustainability updates, and diversity and inclusion programmes, you will create compelling visual content that inspires, informs, and engages a wide range of audiences. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you will transform ideas into effective creative concepts and deliver high-quality designs that support strategic business objectives while championing our brand standards and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with DPS Marketing, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, and Talent Acquisition teams to create engaging visual communications that meet business and audience needs.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions across a range of channels, including email, video, social media, infographics, presentations, websites, newsletters, and printed materials.
  • Manage the visual design and production of communications and campaign materials, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned outputs.
  • Create and maintain visual content supporting community, sustainability, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, creative assets, and training materials to support consistent brand application across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate ideas into effective creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agency partners to share best practice and uphold the highest standards of brand delivery.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong design skills including a keen eye for detail with the ability to create engaging assets across multiple audiences, channels, and formats with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects), Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), Canva, and video editing tools.
  • Confident using AI-powered tools and functionality to enhance design quality and productivity whilst keeping in line with established brand guidelines.
  • Experience working within a design agency, studio, or in-house creative team, delivering projects from concept through to completion.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative global team environment.
  • Passionate about creating impactful visual communications that enhance brand engagement and audience experience.

Desirable

  • Experience with HTML and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Basic photography, audio, and video recording skills.
