Designer (Junior to Middleweight)
Our London studio is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Designer (Junior to Middleweight) with experience in wayfinding and branding to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to shape high profile, international projects from strategy and design through to delivery making places people love.
Responsibilities
- Designing wayfinding systems
- Collaborating on environmental branding projects
- Preparing wayfinding strategies
- Producing design documentation
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders
- Conducting site analysis
- Developing creative concepts
- Delivering clear design solutions that align with project goals and client requirements

Essential Skills
- Proven ability to conduct site analysis and produce comprehensive design documentation
- Excellent typographic, layout and composition skills
- Ability to visualise ideas clearly through sketches, diagrams and mock-ups
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to solve complex design challenges with strategic and innovative thinking
- Excellent communication, client collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills
