About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Designer to help bring WWF-UK’s brand to life across campaigns, communications and experiences.

Brand is the umbrella which unites our entire organisation. Our inhouse Brand and Design team is the beating heart of brand creativity, and most of our brand campaigns originate here. We also work with external agencies, and we lead internal teams. This ensures our brand message is central to everyone’s strategy, and that we’re aligned and impactful across all our audiences. You may have seen us across the London Underground and beyond, heard us on the radio and experienced us across the breadth of social channels – we're building our brand and our ambition is to be unmissable.

We champion creativity and good design thinking within the guidelines of our visual and verbal identity, leading brand & communications strategy, brand marketing, brand experience and creative design.

Working within our in-house Brand & Design team, you’ll create high-quality design work that strengthens our brand, supports major campaigns and helps WWF-UK show up consistently and powerfully across different audiences and channels.

  • You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand & Design, Senior Art Director and Brand Manager, as well as colleagues across WWF-UK, to develop design projects from initial idea through to final delivery.
  • This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of creative work, including campaigns, reports, documents, brand assets and guidelines. You’ll balance the needs of individual projects with the wider WWF-UK brand, making sure the work is visually strong, consistent and fit for purpose.
  • You’ll also play an important role in helping colleagues and external partners use the brand well. This will include responding to requests for brand assets and guidance, reviewing creative work, delivering brand inductions and supporting teams, freelancers and agencies to apply WWF-UK’s visual and verbal identity consistently.
  • Where additional creative support is needed, you’ll brief and work with freelance designers, illustrators, motion designers and agencies, providing clear direction and constructive feedback throughout the process.
  • Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development of WWF-UK’s brand and creative approach, exploring new ideas, tools and ways of working while protecting the quality and integrity of the brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
