LOCATION: LONDON (HYBRID)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A fresh thinking creative and talented designer, who has experience in the full process of graphic design. From initial concepts through to final output; including - design exploration, graphic development of new existing and new brands, design for commerce, design tool kits and digital executions.

We are looking for you to bring strong and refined design skills to the table to help bring ideas to life and push the boundaries of the brief to create bold, memorable and ambitious design.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in designing for commerce, which could include creating and adapting key visuals, POS design, shop-in-shop and experiential instore activations.

You will be working with a strong: Strategy, Conceptual, Design, and Artwork Team who thrive on collaboration to create the most fearless and high-quality work.

Most importantly, you’ll have an insatiable curiosity and stay ahead of design trends, drawing your ideas from anywhere and everywhere.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

CREATIVE & DESIGN

  • Originates and brings-to-life concepts through exemplary aesthetic and design skill
  • Holds strong sense of design fundamentals (type, colour, layout, balance, contrast, etc)
  • Continually seeks to deepen understanding of client brands, markets, customers and channels of distribution to ensure delivery of appropriate and innovative solutions, with a level of brand guardianship.
  • Has a genuine passion for design and the culture surrounding it

ORGANISATION

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

TEAM PLAYER

  • Friendly, personable and able to work well in a team or independently
  • Someone who is happy to work in a hybrid nature (2/3 days in our London office and home)

COMMUNICATION

  • Possess good presentation skills to effectively articulate creative concepts and design rational to internal and external stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. (Premiere and After Effects are a bonus)
  • Ability to scamp and storyboard
  • Familiar with the Office 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to draw/illustrate is a plus
  • Figma is a bonus
  • Animation and editing skills are a bonus but not a necessity

PAST EXPERIENCE

  • Experience at a similar level in a design or experiential agency ideal.
  • Experience and knowledge of designing for the commerce sector

The ideal person should have a portfolio to support the above.
