DESIGNER

Permanent | Hybrid (London)
Salary - £40k

About the Role:

We’re partnering with an independent creative agency, with experiential at the heart of what they do, to find a talented Designer to join their small, collaborative design team.

You’ll help bring imaginative ideas to life across events, brand experiences, and campaigns, working across a varied mix of sectors including beauty, gaming, and beyond.

This is a hands-on design role where you’ll be involved from initial ideation and concept development right through to finished creative. The work spans experiential assets and graphics, print and digital, so you’ll need to be as comfortable developing ideas as you are crafting and executing them.

The sweet spot is someone who combines strong conceptual thinking and a great visual eye with the technical know-how to take an idea all the way through to final production.

About You:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
