Designer | Facades, Curtain Walling & Architectural Glazing

Competitive Base Salary, Working from Home Opportunities & More!

A growing specialist facade contractor is looking to add a Designer to its expanding Design team. Working across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use projects, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within facade design while gaining exposure to a wide variety of technically interesting projects. The role is particularly well suited to Architectural Assistants, Architectural Technologists, Engineering Graduates or recently qualified construction professionals looking to develop broader technical and coordination experience. Previous facade experience is not essential, provided you can demonstrate strong technical ability, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

The Role

Working alongside Senior Designers and the Head of Design, you'll contribute to live projects from survey through to construction, developing your technical, coordination and project delivery skills along the way. You'll be involved in drawing production, technical detailing, design coordination and site activities, gaining valuable experience across the full design and construction process. The position offers genuine long-term progression within a supportive and experienced team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
