Designer
Location: Manchester - Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary: £50,000, plus bonus
Type: Permanent
We're partnering with a leading FinTech business in Manchester and one of the UK's fastest-growing companies as they continue to invest in their brand, customer experience, and design capability.
They're looking for a talented Designer to join their Growth team and play a key role in shaping how the business is experienced across digital products, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and customer communications.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to influence every customer touchpoint, ensuring experiences are visually engaging, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand identity. Working across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you'll help create scalable design solutions that support business growth while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
You'll also be joining a business that embraces AI as part of its day-to-day operations, using modern tools and workflows to accelerate creativity, improve efficiency, and enable faster delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets across digital, marketing, and customer-facing channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer experiences and communications
- Build and evolve reusable design components, templates, and assets
- Support the ongoing development of a scalable design system
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design production, content creation, and creative workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Commercial teams on new initiatives
- Champion customer-focused design principles and best practice across the organisation
Experience
- Proven experience delivering exceptional visual and digital design work across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and customer experience
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries
- Confident using AI-powered tools to improve design workflows and productivity
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excited by the opportunity to help shape and scale a growing design culture
