Role: Designer
Location: East Lancashire
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 + good benefits
Hours: 36hrs Monday to Thursday
We are looking for a talented Designer to join a creative team and play an important role in bringing designs from concept through to production.
You will be responsible for producing accurate artwork, colourways and samples for customer projects and collections. This is a hands on role for someone with experience in wallpaper, textiles or surface pattern design who enjoys combining creativity with technical accuracy.
Working closely with the Studio, Sales and Production teams, you will prepare artwork for sampling and manufacture, ensuring designs meet customer requirements and production standards.

The Role - Designer
- Creating and adapting artwork, colourways and designs from customer briefs.
- Preparing artwork for sampling and production.
- Producing digital and physical samples.
- Making amendments following customer and internal feedback.
- Ensuring artwork is accurate and production ready.
- Managing and maintaining organised artwork files.
- Working with the team to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Supporting the Sales team with customer requirements and design changes.
- Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AVA software to create and prepare artwork.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
About You:
As a designer you will have experience within wallpaper, textiles or surface pattern design and be confident preparing artwork for print or production.

You will also have:
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AVA software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- As a designer you will have a creative eye with an understanding of pattern, colour and layout.
- The ability to work collaboratively across Studio, Sales and Production teams.
Experience with digital print, colour management or print production processes is advantageous.
