Showroom based: Cheshire (Covering surrounding areas typically 1-2 times per week)

Remuneration: £30,000neg + Commission Scheme

About the Role

The role of the Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms will involve but not limited to:

  • Kitchen Designer position, responsible for the design of a high end-range of kitchens & bathrooms for the residential sectors
  • Saturday working is required as part of a 5-day working week.
  • Be the face of the showroom, advising customers on product ranges, materials and packages
  • Liaising with the customers to gain a full understanding of their needs and requirements, using Winner Flex design initial concepts
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and showroom visits, supporting and guiding the customer through the design and sales process
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Chasing and following up on designs to convert the sale
  • Responding to customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner

Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms with:

  • Must have experience with Winner Design / Winner Flex (Compusoft software)
  • Highly advantageous to have sales / procurement experience alongside Design experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building qualities
  • Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills
  • Wants to grow and progress within the business
  • Sales driven and target orientated
  • Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive
