Showroom based: Cheshire (Covering surrounding areas typically 1-2 times per week)
Remuneration: £30,000neg + Commission Scheme

About the Role
The role of the Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms will involve but not limited to:
- Kitchen Designer position, responsible for the design of a high end-range of kitchens & bathrooms for the residential sectors
- Saturday working is required as part of a 5-day working week.
- Be the face of the showroom, advising customers on product ranges, materials and packages
- Liaising with the customers to gain a full understanding of their needs and requirements, using Winner Flex design initial concepts
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and showroom visits, supporting and guiding the customer through the design and sales process
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Chasing and following up on designs to convert the sale
- Responding to customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner

Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms with:
- Must have experience with Winner Design / Winner Flex (Compusoft software)
- Highly advantageous to have sales / procurement experience alongside Design experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building qualities
- Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills
- Wants to grow and progress within the business
- Sales driven and target orientated
- Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive
