THE ROLE
As a Designer in menswear, you'll create and develop world-class product that embodies the Gymshark DNA. Working closely with Design Leadership and cross-functional partners, you'll take ownership of product designs from concept through to execution, delivering commercially successful products that resonate with our global community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, trend-aware designer who is passionate about sportswear, performance apparel and product innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Designing and developing Menswear products across multiple categories.
- Researching fashion, sportswear and consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining design concepts throughout the product development journey.
- Collaborating with Product Development and wider Product Creation teams to achieve design and fit intent.
- Selecting appropriate materials, trims and colour palettes to bring concepts to life.
- Creating clear and accurate design specifications and technical documentation.
- Presenting design concepts and seasonal developments to key stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring Assistant Designers and Graduate Designers where appropriate.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure products are delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Degree in Fashion, Sportswear or Apparel Design.
- Experience designing apparel within a fashion, sportswear or activewear environment.
- Strong understanding of product construction, materials, colour and consumer trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing creative versatility across apparel categories.

This is a hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to attend at least THREE days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
